Cathy Husted Giesy, an Arizona native, has traveled extensively in Mexico and Central America. She has a degree in Anthropology from theUniversity of Arizona and was active in Amigos de LasAmericas. For years, her focus has been on designing and conducting the high quality learning experiences that we offer today. She also has taught Spanish for many years.

Marshall Giesy, born and raised in Ohio, developed an early interest in history, culture, and the outdoors. After graduating from Syracuse University, he was in the VISTA program working with Native Americans in Alaska. For years his focus has been on exploration in Mexico and Latin America.
